Kelly Green ![]()
CEO
Mr. Green brings a vast array of business experience to Airrosti. He spent 20 years with CUC International, an international marketing firm and one of the first companies to offer products online and through the Internet. CUC went from IPO to a $15 billion market cap company during Green's tenure. Mr. Green held several positions at CUC including Senior Vice President of Sales and then Senior Vice President -- Product Management where he managed the CUC Auto Service, CUC Warranty Services and CUC Dining Services from startup to over $200 million in revenue. Green then became President of CUC Publishing and moved on to Office of the President of Entertainment Publications after its acquisition by CUC.
Green's last three years at CUC were in the role of Executive Vice President -- Mergers and Acquisitions where he was responsible for the negotiation and closing of numerous strategic acquisitions. Upon leaving CUC, Green purchased PC Wholesale (now InStock Computers), a custom technology builder and solution provider which has been included in the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies and was also named one of the top 50 companies in San Antonio, Texas by the San Antonio Business Journal.
Mr. Green was a founding partner of Ventanex, Ltd., which creates customized electronic payment solutions for companies and banks nationwide. Ventanex provides custom phone payment services, integrated real time web payments, and electronic check conversion / Check 21 services to mortgage servicers, banks, newspapers, credit companies and other firms seeking to move money efficiently.
Mr. Green joined Airrosti as its CEO in March of 2006. Seeing that the current healthcare system is hungry for “results based” treatment options, Mr. Green is dedicating his energy to creating a practice model that allows Airrosti to grow nationwide.
Mr. Green has a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Sean Tipton ![]()
Executive Vice President
Business Development
Sean Tipton serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and oversees key strategic employer, broker and carrier partnerships. Mr. Tipton has served in healthcare for more than 15 years and is passionate about impacting costs through the delivery of quality and efficient care.
As the founding partner of Airrosti, Mr. Tipton has served in several roles but finds that educating payors and consultants on Airrosti’s best practices treatment model has been his most rewarding position. Prior to Airrosti, Mr. Tipton successfully started and operated O'Keefe Asset Management, a medical practice management & financial advisory firm where he served 10 years as President/CEO prior to selling the company to an accounting firm in San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Tipton has been married for twenty-three years and he and his wife Coco have been blessed with four children. They both enjoy swimming, cycling, triathlons, and watching their children compete in various sports.

Jeff Littmann, PT ![]()
Senior Vice President of Practice Operations
Jeff has over 18 years experience in operational and clinical management as well as caring for patients. He graduated from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri with a bachelors of science in Physical Therapy. Prior to joining Airrosti in March 2008, Jeff served as vice president of operations for Diabetes America, Inc. based in Houston, Texas. Prior to this, he was president of TIRR Rehabilitation Centers (TRC), a network of outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation facilities located in Southeast Texas. He served TRC for 14 years in various capacities by overseeing operational responsibilities as well as the coordination of all outpatient centers, hospital management contracts, and developing relationships with physician groups.
Jeff was introduced to Airrosti during his time at TIRR and became intrigued by the unprecedented recovery time. These experiences built his interest in joining the Airrosti team. He embraced the opportunity to be part of a growing organization and believes his operational experience will assist in continued development of Airrosti.
Jeff has lived in the Houston area since 1992 with his wife, Marika. However, he packed up the house and fired up the GPS to move Marika and his children, Harrison and Emily, to San Antonio to join Airrosti. When not at work he enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

Ty Nickleberry, DC ![]()
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Dr. Ty Nickleberry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Chiropractic College after completing his undergraduate studies at St. Edward’s University, where he played 4 years of collegiate basketball. Other formal education for Dr. Nickleberry included a Pain Management Hospital Rotation at Texas Orthopedic Hospital with Uday Doctor, MD and a Family Medicine Rotation with the late Robert Bayless, DO.
In addition to being a former Practicing Airrosti Provider, Dr. Nickleberry has performed a variety of roles with Airrosti Center, Inc, which include Practice Management, New Office Set-Up, Provider Training and Curriculum Development.
Currently, Dr. Nickleberry is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and the Director of Provider Recruitment.

Chris Cato, DC ![]()
Vice President of Training & Treatment Standards
Dr. Chris Cato received his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. He continued his education and received his doctoral degree of chiropractic from Parker College. Graduating Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian of his class, he received awards for Anatomy, Radiology, and was named Outstanding Intern.
Dr. Cato joined the Airrosti Team in 2004 and currently serves as the Vice President of Training and Treatment Standards.

Jason Garrett , DC ![]()
Vice President of Training & Treatment Standards
Dr. Jason Garrett graduated as Valedictorian of Texas Chiropractic College
after completing his biology degree with Honors from Coastal Carolina
University. Sports are very important to Dr. Garrett which is evident by
the fact that he played Division I soccer for three years followed by two
years of professional soccer. "I'm currently playing all sports that my
wife will allow me to".
Dr. Garrett has developed Airrosti Practices in Sugar Land, Katy, Galleria, Kingwood and is currently the Vice President of Training & Treatment Standards for Airrosti. "Airrosti has given me opportunities which would have never been realized in another practice setting. I can make an immediate impact in the lives of my patients!"

Shawn Dinsmore ![]()
Vice President of Finance & Administration
Shawn Dinsmore joined Airrosti in April 2007 as the Vice President of Operations. In this position, Mr. Dinsmore has overall responsibility for the day to day business of running and growing the company: efficiently managing the company in response to current rapid growth while capitalizing on and integrating new business alliances into the greater Airrosti network.
Prior to joining the Airrosti team, Mr. Dinsmore spent two years as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, a premier global management consulting firm. While with BCG, Mr. Dinsmore worked with multiple Fortune 200 companies, assessing problems and developing action plans to overcome challenges.
Mr. Dinsmore also spent seven years serving in the US Army as a logistics officer and Kiowa Warrior helicopter pilot. While serving in the military, Mr. Dinsmore spent time overseas in Korea and Bosnia and finished his career with the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
Mr. Dinsmore and his wife Taira have two young boys and enjoy all outdoor activities, with an emphasis on golf and other sports, as well as spending time together as a family.
Mr. Dinsmore has a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jennifer Allen ![]()
Director of Business Operations
Jennifer Allen currently serves as Director of Operations for Airrosti Center, Inc. In this role she is dedicated to the organizational development, financial management, and growth of the Airrosti Accredited Practices. In association with her other duties she oversees the billing and scheduling department, human resources department, as well as the operations of each Airrosti Practice.
Prior to joining Airrosti, Ms. Allen served as Director of Operations and Client Management for Ventanex, Ltd., an innovative and customizable electronic payment processing company.
Ms. Allen received a BA in Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.

Brenda Reynolds ![]()
Vice President of Human Resources
Brenda Reynolds earned her SPHR certification in January 2007 and has
served as Director of Human Resources for Airrosti since July of 2007.
Ms. Reynolds' responsibilities include managing all aspects of the human
resources department.
Prior to joining Airrosti Ms. Reynolds served as vice president of human
resources for EUR Systems, sr. vice president of human resources for
Platinum Equity, and vice president of human resources for Billing
Concepts. She has over 17 years of human resources experience, with an
emphasis in mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Reynolds and her husband enjoy a variety of sports including racquetball, swimming and hiking.
